New Energy Technologies, Inc. announced that the company has entered into Phase 2 of its Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) to advance the development of its SolarWindow technology, capable of generating electricity on glass.
